Zip File Instructions


Mobile Devices

iPhone / iPad

1. Open the Files App:

Locate and open the "Files" app on your iPhone. 

2. Find the ZIP File:

Navigate to the folder where your ZIP file is saved.

3. Unzip the ZIP File:

Tap on the ZIP file. This will automatically unzip the file and create a new folder with the same name as the ZIP file.

4. Access the Extracted PDF Files:
Tap on the new folder to open it.

You will see the PDF files inside. Tap on any PDF file to open and view it.

 

That's it! You've successfully unzipped the ZIP file and accessed the PDF files inside on your iPhone. 

Android Devices

 

1. Open the Files App:

Locate and open the "Files" app on your Android device. This may be called "Files by Google" or just "Files," depending on your device.

2. Find the ZIP File:
Navigate to the folder where your ZIP file is saved, usually in the "Downloads" folder.

3. Unzip the ZIP File:
Tap on the ZIP file. A menu will appear with options.

Select "Extract" or "Unzip." This will create a new folder with the same name as the ZIP file.

4. Access the Extracted PDF Files:

Open the new folder that was created after extraction.
You will see the PDF files inside. Tap on any PDF file to open and view it.

 

That's it! You've successfully unzipped the ZIP file and accessed the PDF files inside on your Android device. 


Computers

Windows

1. Locate the ZIP File:

Open "File Explorer" by clicking on the folder icon in your taskbar or pressing Win + E. Navigate to the "Downloads" folder (or wherever you saved the ZIP file).

2. Select the ZIP File:
Find the ZIP file you downloaded and click on it once to select it.

3. Open the ZIP File:
Right-click on the ZIP file.

In the menu that appears, click on "Extract All...". 

4. Extract the Contents:

A new window will pop up. Click on the "Extract" button at the bottom right. This will create a new folder with the same name as the ZIP file, containing all the extracted files.

5. Access the Extracted Files:

Once the extraction is complete, the new folder will open automatically, showing all the files that no were inside the

ZIP file.

 

That's it! You've successfully opened and extracted the contents of a ZIP file on your Windows computer. 

MacOS

 

1. Locate the ZIP File:

Open "Finder" by clicking on the blue face icon in your dock.
Navigate to the "Downloads" folder (or wherever you saved the ZIP file).

2. Open the ZIP File:
Find the ZIP file you downloaded and double-click on it.

3. Extract the Contents:
The ZIP file will automatically be extracted, and a new folder with the same name as the ZIP file will appear in the

same location.

Access the Extracted Files:

Double-click on the new folder to open it and view the extracted files.

 

That's it! You've successfully opened and extracted the contents of a ZIP file on your macOS computer.
